Information We Collect
When you submit a project brief, we collect your contact name, mobile number, company or brand, project type, target channels, existing systems, budget, preferred launch time and requirements. We also record the source page, IP address and browser information. SMS requests additionally process the mobile number, verification scene, sending time and verification result.
Purpose and Source Identification
The information is sent through Xianbao's shared lead API to our lead management system. We use it to verify contact details, identify enquiries from the Xianbao Commerce website, arrange project discussions and provide follow-up services. Xianbao Commerce submissions are labelled xianmall so they can be distinguished from leads submitted through www.xianboss.cn.
Retention and Access
Project details are available only to authorised personnel responsible for customer communication, project assessment and system operations, and are retained for a reasonable period needed for those purposes. Do not include passwords, payment credentials, identity documents or unrelated sensitive information in your requirements.
SMS Verification and Service Providers
SMS codes are used only to confirm that the mobile number is valid. A contracted messaging provider may deliver the code, with processing limited to delivery and necessary security auditing.
Your Choices and Contact
You may call 13269500661 to request access to, correction of, or deletion of submitted project information, or to withdraw consent for future contact. We will verify the requester and contact details before acting; withdrawal does not affect necessary processing already completed with consent.
